Capital Raising Survey

The ANREV / INREV / NCREIF Capital Raising Survey explores capital raising activities into the non-listed real estate industry. The survey provides insights by region, product type, investment strategy, and where possible presents a historical comparison based on previous studies.

Since its inception in 2006 the survey has been witness to continuing confidence in the non-listed real estate industry as an attractive asset class. 

The survey has a global outreach. The study is conducted in conjunction with ANREV in Asia Pacific and NCREIF in the US with the aim of providing a greater appreciation of trends in capital raising activities globally.
