Learning goals

This one-day live course addresses the fundamentals of portfolio construction theory and its possible applications, as well as the limitations of real estate portfolios.

The course will look at real estate investment strategies against the backdrop of the macroeconomy and property market cycles, providing insight on how to take a multi-asset approach using real-life examples. The course will also address the role of debt in a real estate portfolio and consider important strategic issues such as developments, fees, risk strategies and manager selection, with an opportunity to examine these topics with senior industry leaders.
